All sales are final. NO REFUNDS under any circumstances

Products that are damaged in transit have to be reported to the courier before you accept and sign for delivery. M2K will refund or exchange damaged products, IF AND ONLY IF, the damage is reported properly to the delivery courier.
​
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email within 48-hours from the time of delivery. Upon receipt of your email, M2K will respond promptly with directions on how to proceed. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
